Standard merchandise, stock bicycles, frames. Warranty or not satisfied.

You may return new standard merchandise items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the price of the product. The items have to be packed in original packing. we organize the return with one of our shipping carriers. We refund within 2 weeks after receiving the merchandise and checking if all is OK.

Special agreements apply for custom orders.

Special custom orders and builds (frames, bicycles with custom frame geometry, sizes and colors) are not eligible for returns/reimbursement. We confirm (on mutual agreement) before an order confirmation how you and we can handle the situation if you are not totally happy with your new custom bicycle/frame.
