how to order & payments

frames / bicycles

All custom orders are carefully planned. We offer the customer a technical drawing about planned geometry and position. We pin down details of paint job and a description of the needed components. We inform about total price and delivery date. If the customer agrees to the details, we ask for a deposit of 20 percent of the total value. This is then considered a binding order. At the end we send the customer a photo from the product. The rest of the sum is due when the bike or frame is ready packed and waiting for delivery by shipping agent.

standard merchandise / stock frames or bicycles

Upon customer request stock items (components, spare parts, frames, bicycles) are prepared for delivery. After a customer request, we check availability and inform the customer about the planned delivery date. If the customer agrees with all details, we will send the invoice to the customer. Only then does the customer confirm the order with payment and the goods are dispatched.

For customer convenience we offer payment with all mayor credit cards, PayPal or money transfer.
