For transport (packing) the rear and front wheels are off. Rear stays and fork is protected with the thru axle and a saftey tube for not getting bent.

unscrew the thru axle (and safety tube from the frame/fork

rear wheel 5mm allen key - unscrew from non drive side

front wheel 6mm allen key - attention unscrew from drive side (if fork Columbus)
