LOOK offers three different-colored cleats. Each color matches a different degree of float:
Black = 0° of float
Gray = 4.5° of float
Red = 9° of float.

grip version or normal version:
No difference in functionality on the pedals.
Grip version keeps the cleats from wearing out as fast if you walk in your shoes.
